Project FiRST is a research study focused on supporting first responders through practical, skills-based training. Participants take part in a workshop and follow-up activities over the course of roughly 12 months, helping us better understand what approaches are most useful for everyday health and wellness, stress management, and performance in the field.

Why It Matters

First responders face unique and ongoing stress on the job. This study is designed to better understand what truly helps—so we can build stronger, more effective support and training for those who serve our communities every day.

Your Privacy Matters

All information collected in this study is confidential. Your responses will be stored securely and will never be shared in a way that could identify you.
